Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concession stand, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage a team of concession workers, providing guidance and support
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the concession area
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and cash handling
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in interviewing and hiring staff

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
