Concierge Agent

NEXUS Club New York’s Concierge Agents are an integral part of our member experience. Our Concierge team members are eager to assist and able to multitask with a smile. This role requires discernment, prioritization, and poise. As the central hub of communication and assistance for members and staff, the Concierge team’s willingness to help others is of the highest importance. The ideal individuals are quick but calm under pressure, possess a sincere passion for gracious hospitality, hold a keen taste for cultural experiences locally and globally, and represent the lifestyle and culture of the NEXUS brand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm, welcoming disposition and greet members and guests by name.
• Utilize CRM software to execute day-to-day Club operations, concierge requests, and mail.
• Enforce and communicate Club rules and guest policies.
• Manage reservation schedules for rentable spaces.
• Serve as point of contact for on-property amenities.
• Provide bespoke dining and entertainment itineraries, both locally to NYC and globally.
• Provide administrative and personal support upon request.
• Work with company-wide concierge teams to create a cohesive member experience across properties globally.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or private membership environment.
• A sincere passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Grace under pressure with the ability to multitask while maintaining warmth and composure.
• Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
