We are looking for a Concierge & Activities Assistant to join our team! This is a unique dual-role position that combines front desk/office responsibilities with resident activities and engagement .

What You'll Do As our Concierge/Office Assistant, you will:

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
• Serve as a helpful resource for residents, families, and visitors.
• Provide administrative and office support to community leadership.
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, data entry, correspondence, calendars, and other office tasks.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and office.
• Assist with scheduling, transportation coordination, and other administrative needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

As an Activities Assistant, you will:

• Assist with planning and leading engaging daily activities for our residents.
• Support programs designed for both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Help facilitate games, crafts, music, exercise, social programs, outings, and special events.
• Provide meaningful one-on-one engagement for residents.
• Encourage participation while respecting each resident's individual interests and abilities.
• Assist with community celebrations, holidays, birthdays, and family events.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment where residents feel valued and connected.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with residents and families.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Comfortable multitasking and balancing office responsibilities with resident engagement.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Creative and enthusiastic about activities and special events.
• Comfortable working with individuals living with dementia or willing to learn.
• Experienced in customer service, office administration, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, recreation, or activities (preferred, but not required).

Position: Concierge & Activities Assistant

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Thursday–Monday Location: Assisted Living & Memory Care Community

Weekend availability is required. Holiday and special-event availability may also be required based on the community schedule.
