- Welcome guests and provide assistance with requests and enquiries
- Offer information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other guest needs
- Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Possessed at least SPM.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Strong guest service mindset
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hotel industry.
- Must hold a valid Category D driving licence and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
