You’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our independent living Active Lifestyle Communities and ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism we’re known for.

What you’ll do

• greet and assist all guests, residents and vendors with a professional, friendly demeanor
• answer and route a high volume of incoming calls
• manage the lobby area to ensure a welcoming, polished environment
• support departments with administrative tasks and special projects
• maintain security and sign-in procedures with accuracy and discretion
• handle confidential information respectfully and responsibly anticipate needs and provide timely follow-up and support across departments

What you’ll bring

• high school diploma required
• minimum three years of related customer service or administrative experience preferred
• proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• strong organizational and communication skills
• commitment to delivering excellent service in every interaction
