Job Overview

MoreWell Protection Group is seeking professional, service‑oriented Concierge Team Members to support evening operations across our client sites. As the first point of contact for guests, employees, and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a welcoming environment, and support access control and safety procedures.

This role blends hospitality, communication, and light security awareness. You’ll assist with visitor management, answer inquiries, coordinate with security personnel when needed, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for everyone entering the facility.

Open Shifts & Hiring Needs (URGENT — Hiring Immediately)

We are urgently hiring two Concierge professionals for our evening schedule:

Position 1 — Sunday through Tuesday

6:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Position 2 — Wednesday through Saturday

6:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Orientation & Start Date

• Paid Orientation: Monday, August 25, 2026
• Official Start Date: September 1, 2026

We are filling these roles immediately, and candidates must be available for the paid orientation session.

Key Duties

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage visitor check‑ins, badges, and access control procedures.
• Provide directions, answer questions, and support general customer service needs.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑desk environment.
• Coordinate with security personnel when issues arise or additional support is needed.
• Document visitor logs, incidents, and relevant observations with accuracy.
• Support client requests, building procedures, and service expectations.
• Uphold MoreWell’s standards of professionalism, communication, and customer care.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service background — hospitality, front desk, administrative support, or concierge experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable using visitor management systems, communication tools, and basic computer applications.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during evening hours.
• Experience in security, access control, or facility operations is a plus but not required.
