You’ll be the go-to person for building patrols, incident reporting, audits, and engaging with the public, all while keeping the building running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming residents and ensuring every interaction is a positive one
• Keeping the building lobby and shared spaces pristine
• Coordinating and reporting maintenance issues
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
• Maintaining top-tier security standards
• Organising and overseeing resident move-ins and move-outs
