Concierge

The Concierge Personnel is responsible for providing professional front desk, resident assistance, guest relations, and administrative support services within the residential condominium premises. The employee serves as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, visitors, and service providers while ensuring that condominium policies, security procedures, and customer service standards are properly observed.

The position preferably requires prior experience in residential condominium, hotel, hospitality, or property management operations. Preference is given to applicants who are able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to better assist residents, guests, and foreign occupants.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient assistance to residents, guests, visitors, and unit owners.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk or lobby environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with condominium policies, security procedures, and house rules.
• Coordinate with Security, Property Management, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Teams regarding operational concerns and resident assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and building operations.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
• Assist in maintaining peace, order, and smooth daily operations within the condominium premises.
• Perform other concierge and administrative duties as may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred)

• SHOULD BE CHINESE SPEAKING (Preferably Fukein)
• Preferably with experience in residential condominium, hotel, mall, office, or commercial admin operations.
