Concierge

Welcome residents (unit owners and tenants) and visitors, providing them with the necessary assistance and guidance.

Ensure availability of information and references related to services offered by the property, and provide it upon request.

Be knowledgeable about facilities, amenities, events and services within the property that residents may need.

Oversee the cleanliness and order of the Concierge Desk, Lobby, and coordinate with support staff(maintenance and housekeeping).

Ensure that housekeeping and technical maintenance staff are assigned their duties and follow house rules.

Maintain an inventory of brochures and informational materials, ensuring that they are stocked and accessible

To help enforce the House Rules, ensure that both residents and visitors are informed and made aware for their compliance.

Take note of and follow up on specific requests or concerns from residents, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Assist in organizing and promoting events or activities within the community, such as social gatherings or meetings.

Coordinate and assist during move-in and move-out processes, ensuring that guidelines and property rules are followed.

Follow and uphold the company’s code of conduct in all interactions and responsibilities.

Implements measures to protect the confidentiality and security of resident data, complying with data protection regulations and best practices.

Flexible in taking on additional tasks as required by the Property Manager, such as assisting with projects or specific duties outside the listed responsibilities.
