- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and activities.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
- Assist with restaurant, transportation, tour, and activity reservations.
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests.
- Provide directions and recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and services provided.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services when required.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of guest information.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hotel service standards
