• Welcome and assist guests/clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information and assistance regarding services, facilities, appointments, and general inquiries.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with bookings, reservations, scheduling, and other concierge-related requests.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of guest requests and transactions.
• Ensure the reception/concierge area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak and communicate in English clearly and confidently.
• Customer-service oriented, friendly, and professional.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, front desk, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
