About the role
A bellman position in a hospitality setting, responsible for greeting guests, providing local information, assisting with luggage, managing parking operations, and offering guest support services.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting guests in a hospitality professional manner
- Provide local attractions information to tourists and guests
- Assist carry luggage as required
- Oversee the parking area, collect parking fees, and ensure traffic smooth
- Offer assistance to guests when needed
About you
- Minimum one year experience in bellman position
- Good stamina to carry heavy duty work, and able stand longer hours
- Proficiency in English and Malay
- Able to work on shift, including public holidays, Sat, and Sun
- Advantageous with Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
