Job Summary:

As a Concierge at AdviniaCare Venice, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls, greeting clients, and responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records, including tracking client information and managing office supplies
• Providing support with scheduling, communication, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, demonstrating a keen sense of organization and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-line phone systems and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with supply management and office equipment (fax machines, copiers, etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or coursework in a related field a plus
