Key responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
• Respond to requests, and answer the phone, with customer-oriented approach.
• Escort the guests to their rooms.
• Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel.
• Meet and exceed guests'expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting dining options, boats e.t.c.
• Handle and resolve guest relation problems quickly, politely and to the full satisfaction of the guest.
• Present options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices, and be fully aware of the Resort facilities, services, and local area.
• Be fully aware of all Leading (LQAs) , FHR (Amex) Standards, benefits and Memberships.
• Always provide a friendly, efficient and personalize service.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Best candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• 2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment or similar role.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus.
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel.
• Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork.
• Pleasant personality.
