Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Tourism)
• Strong communication skills for directly contacting unit owners
• Experience in accurately recording and classifying concerns reported by unit owners for proper documentation and follow-up
• Skilled in monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction through survey responses
• Good in English communications
• With customer service skills

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for unit owners, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Provide daily updates to unit owners regarding the status of pending, ongoing, and resolved concerns.
• Coordinate and secure unit access for inspections, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Escalate and communicate reported concerns to the appropriate Project Leads and Specialists within the day of receipt.
• Accurately log, classify, and track customer concerns in the system in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and encourage feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and provide an updated database of accredited contractors and service providers to unit owners when needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently and courteously.
