We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Concierge Agent to join our team in a remote evening position.

Position Overview

The Concierge Agent plays an important role in ensuring a smooth experience for both our sales team and homeowners. This position is responsible for making welcome calls, confirming project details, scheduling appointments, and keeping communication organized between homeowners and our internal team.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make welcome calls to homeowners.
• Contact homeowners to confirm project details, expectations, and important information.
• Communicate with members of the sales team to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, follow-up calls, and project-related communications.
• Verify homeowner information and update records accurately.
• Respond to homeowner questions professionally and direct concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain clear and organized notes regarding calls, scheduling, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive homeowner experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with homeowners.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Customer service, scheduling, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• A quiet, professional work environment and reliable internet connection.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
