Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Provide attentive supervision and gentle guidance
• Assist with activities, meals, and social engagement
• Help clients feel comfortable within their environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Complete brief visit documentation after each shift

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR certification and TB test required
• Clear background check
• Experience in companionship or caregiving preferred

Pay & Work Environment

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $25.00
• Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week
• Paid orientation and training
• Supportive, team-oriented environment
• Position is in-person
