Concierge Executive

Job Summary

The role of Concierge Executive involves hands-on work across hospitality, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining records and updates
• Preparing or supporting content and reports where required
• Coordinating schedules
• Stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods
• The final business context, team structure and reporting line will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
