Concierge Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage guest reservations, ensuring accurate and timely confirmation of bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in hospitality industry as a Concierge Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and policies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
