Concierge (Full Time / Part Time)

We are currently seeking a high caliber individual to join our concierge team for a luxurious shopping mall located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer services to the mall visitors or occupants.
• Handle different enquiries or complaints.
• Handle various redemptions with the shoppers.

Requirements:

• DSE or college or university graduate / student.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Willing to learn with customer oriented mind.
• Willing to work on shift.
