About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service (Concierge) position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide personalized, warm, and discreet service to guests throughout their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions and services.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently, including restaurant reservations, transportation, excursions, activities, and special arrangements.
• Build strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events, and experiences to provide tailored recommendations and create memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service and prompt resolution of guest requests.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality in every guest interaction.

Requisitos:

About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 1–2 years of experience preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service. Team player with accuracy and attention to detail. Good level of English required.
