Concierge Physical Therapist

You'll be working for a boutique concierge physical therapy practice serving clients in the Lake Wales community. We deliver high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients’ homes, gyms, and private clubs. Our mission is to empower individuals to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier, more active lives.

We’re currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for Functional Fitness and experience with Manual Therapy to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values flexibility, independence, and personalized care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one, concierge-style physical therapy sessions in clients’ homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
• Educate clients on lifestyle strategies, home programs, and long-term management.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with clients and the lead therapist.

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and active Florida PT license.
• Specialized training or strong interest in Functional fitness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dry needle certified preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.

Schedule
