About House Kiki

House Kiki is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Concierge Relations Representatives to strengthen relationships with hotel concierges, luxury hospitality professionals, and local business partners throughout Miami.

This role focuses on growing awareness of House Kiki’s venues, developing new partnerships, and generating referral business through consistent outreach and relationship management.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, organized, and comfortable representing hospitality brands while building long-term relationships with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct weekly in-person visits to hotels, concierge desks, and hospitality partners throughout Miami.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel concierges, guest services teams, and industry professionals.
Identify and develop new hotel, corporate, and hospitality partnerships.
Promote assigned House Kiki venues and generate qualified guest referrals.
Assist concierge partners with reservation requests, availability, and booking coordination.
Attend networking events, hospitality meetings, and industry functions to expand the company’s network.
Maintain consistent communication and follow up with existing and prospective partners.
Track referrals, reservations, revenue, and outreach activity to measure performance.
Prepare regular outreach reports and identify opportunities to improve engagement and referral results.
Represent House Kiki professionally and maintain a strong brand presence within Miami’s hospitality community.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, sales, guest relations, business development, or relationship management preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple relationships, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate activity records.
Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company.
English proficiency required; Spanish is preferred.
Reliable transportation required for visits to hotels and business partners throughout Miami.
