Concierge Security Officer

Ashridge Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Concierge Security Officer to join our team at a site in Huntingdon.

This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. As a key member of the on-site team, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and guests, representing Ashridge Group with professionalism and confidence.

Hours: 10:30 - 19:30

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Contract Length: Approx 31st January 2027 (could be longer)

Requirements:

Essential

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Full 5-year employment or education history
• First Aid Certification
• Experience within a corporate security role
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include:

• Meet and Greet: Welcoming remployees and visitors providing assistance where required
• Front-of-house security presence and professional representation of Ashridge Group
• Access and egress control for employees and visitors
• Liaising with clients, employees, and VIP visitors
• Delivering a friendly, efficient, and informative service at all times
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and reporting issues promptly
• Conducting hourly patrols and site inspections
• Writing incident and activity report
• Supporting the Building Manager with additional duties when required

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: £12.71 per hour
