Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role. Experience in the real estate, property management, or construction industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and able to represent the company positively.
