This is a full-time, hourly position with expected hours of no less than 40 per week.

Pay is $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, with SF Bay Area regional adjustment factors applying.

The role requires a static/fixed work schedule, such as 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime as necessary.

Role

In this role, you will respond to standard and more nuanced customer inquiries regarding various products and services the company offers (Employee Benefits, COBRA, and Pre-Tax Benefits). Concierge Support Representatives are dedicated advocates on behalf of our customers' needs.

• Intake and resolve customer questions/concerns by phone and email
• Identify customer issues, diagnose problems, and provide clear and effective solutions
• Document all client interactions/transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
• Correspond with insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators (TPA), and vendors
• Interface with client facing team-members at Vita
• Maintain a deep understanding of Vita’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• Strong business communication skills (written, verbal and video calls)
• Able to work proactively and independently
• Able to adapt a growth mindset and apply learnings
• HS diploma or higher
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM

What makes you stand out

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics CRM
• Proficiency in Wex Health Cloud
• Working knowledge of employee benefits
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Solid foundation in pre-tax benefits and COBRA regulations
• Multilingual capabilities
