As our Concierge, you’ll welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and help them make the most of their time in Aruba. From arranging memorable dinners and island experiences to celebrating special occasions and resolving unexpected concerns, you’ll be a trusted guide throughout their stay.

What You’ll Do

As Concierge, you’ll provide warm, personalized assistance before, during, and after each guest’s stay.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and providing professional check-in and check-out experiences.
• Arranging restaurant reservations, transportation, car rentals, activities, and personalized island experiences.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations about the resort and Aruba.
• Responding to calls, emails, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Recognizing repeat guests, special occasions, and personal preferences.
• Handling guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and appropriate follow-up.
• Maintaining accurate guest profiles, reservations, folios, and internal communications.
• Preparing welcome packages, room keys, specialty cards, and guest amenities.
• Supporting VIP visits, travel agents, guest orientations, and special resort events.
• Collaborating with Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Promoting resort experiences and activities through confident and personalized recommendations.
• Consistently delivering service in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in hospitality or at least one year of relevant hospitality experience.
• Previous experience in concierge, front-office, guest-service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language, preferably German or Italian.
• Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento is highly valued.
• Computer and property-management-system knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with Opera and ALICE is an advantage.
• Strong sales skills and knowledge of Aruba’s restaurants, activities, and attractions are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
