Concierge/Receptionist

About the role

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Concierge to join our Ford Global City dealership in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This is a full-time position based on-site at our location. As Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and assistance that enhances their overall experience when visiting our dealership. This role is strategically important in building customer loyalty and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and supported throughout their journey with us.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression
• Provide comprehensive information about our vehicle inventory, services, and dealership amenities to customers
• Assist customers with check-in procedures and direct them to the appropriate department or sales personnel
• Manage customer inquiries and requests promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organised reception and waiting area that reflects our dealership's commitment to excellence
• Coordinate appointments and schedule test drives in collaboration with the sales team
• Provide refreshments and comfort services to customers during their visit
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
• Support administrative tasks including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling general enquiries
• Uphold Ford and Autohub Group standards of customer service and professional conduct at all times

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, or guest services environments
• Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Filipino and/or additional languages being advantageous
• Professional presentation and grooming standards that align with a luxury automotive dealership environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and helpful in busy or challenging situations
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or Ford products is desirable but not essential
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation/scheduling software
• Flexibility to work according to dealership operating hours, including potential weekend availability
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
