Concierge/Security Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to loss prevention through proactive measures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to deter and detect any suspicious activities.
• Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all footage is recorded accurately for review when necessary.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct thorough investigations of any reported incidents or breaches of security, documenting findings accurately.
• Provide first aid assistance as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals on-site.
• Ensure that all security protocols are followed consistently, reporting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.

Skills

• Strong surveillance skills with the ability to remain alert and observant at all times.
• Proficient in operating CCTV systems and understanding their functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.

Pay: £13.05 per hour
