Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Concord Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various commercial and residential spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, contributing to the overall well-being of our clients and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Monday through Friday no weekends 5pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers.
• Handle chemical agents safely by following all chemical handling safety procedures and maintaining proper storage and disposal practices.
• Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation to uphold hygiene standards.
• Operate cleaning machinery and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocol guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs, heavy lifting, manual handling, and basic residential painting or industrial cleaning as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns related to cleanliness or facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and the operation of cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums.
• Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
