Concrete Batcher

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Concrete Batcher to join our Narangba production plant. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.

About the Role

• 27.47-33.13 per hour + OT + Super
• Monday to Friday varied start times (plus some Saturdays)
• Oversee and lead the operation of a variety of machinery, both manual and automated
• Deliver customer service, handling queries and placing/following up orders
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Work to minimise downtime, optimise performance whilst maintaining a high safety standard

About you

• Current Class C Driver Licence (essential)
• Experienced communicator - both in writing and verbally
• Mechanically minded - keen eye for how things work and an interest in troubleshooting problems
• Born multi-tasker - this is a fast paced ever changing workplace and you'll need the thrive as part of a team as well as alone, and be able to handle conflicting priorities
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - includes Medical + Drug & Alcohol + Police Check
