CONCRETE - CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Summary

• Responsible for technical supervision, quality control, and execution of all concrete works — from mix design and batching to pouring, curing, and strength verification. Ensures concrete placement strictly follows structural drawings, specifications, and NSCP standards across project sites in Luzon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• MUST BE A REGISTERED CIVIL ENGINEER — PRC LICENSE REQUIRED
• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience in concrete works, mix design, and placement supervision
• Strong knowledge of concrete proportions, properties, workability, curing, and strength requirements
• Familiar with concrete testing: slump, cylinder, compression, and temperature monitoring
• Proficient in reading structural drawings, understanding design strengths, and construction joints
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AND BE ASSIGNED ANYWHERE IN LUZON
• Site accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities

• Review approved mix designs, concrete specs, and structural drawings before placement
• Monitor batching, delivery, and on-site mixing; verify slump, temperature, and consistency
• Supervise concrete pouring — proper placement, vibration, joint finishing, and sequence
• Witness and oversee sampling, cylinder casting, and curing for strength testing
• Ensure correct concrete strength class is used for each structural element
• Inspect surface finish, curing procedures, and protection after pouring
• Investigate strength results, address delays, cold joints, segregation, or cracking issues
• Coordinate with batch plant, testing lab, foremen, and QA/QC to maintain schedule & quality
• Prepare inspection reports, pour logs, and strength compliance records

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
