Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Cutter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely cutting concrete structures using specialized tools and equipment, ensuring projects meet exact specifications and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of various construction, renovation, and restoration projects, helping us deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely. Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to cut concrete accurately according to project plans and schematics
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine cutting locations and dimensions
• Use saws, drills, grinders, and other machinery to perform precise cuts in concrete surfaces for installations or demolitions
• Assist with rebar installation, masonry work, and concrete forming as needed during project phases
• Support restoration and renovation efforts by preparing surfaces through cutting, grinding, or removal of existing concrete structures
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards
• Collaborate with carpenters, masons, welders, and other trades to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete cutting or related construction roles with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and schematics related to concrete work
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for precise execution
• Skilled in rebar installation, masonry techniques, drywall finishing, caulking, flooring installation, and general renovation tasks
• Knowledge of welding practices and concrete finishing techniques is a plus
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and sustained manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times
• Construction experience demonstrating versatility across multiple trades such as carpentry, restoration, or masonry

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
