Concrete Finisher

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires a combination of technical skills and hands-on experience in construction, ensuring high-quality finishes on various concrete projects.

Duties

• Prepare and finish concrete surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate concrete mixers and other power tools to mix and pour concrete.
• Install rebar and perform concrete forming to create structures as per project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.
• Conduct restoration work, including plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete finishing with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Familiarity with hardscape techniques, masonry, tile laying, and flooring installation is preferred.
• Experience in carpentry, including frame carpentry and trim carpentry.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed on job sites.
• Knowledge of caulking, welding, metal stud framing, and renovation practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration on construction sites.
• Previous experience working in commercial driving or heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Join us as we build quality structures with precision and care!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
