Concrete Finisher

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning and setting forms
• Pour and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
• Level and smooth the surface using trowels, screeds, and floats
• Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or polishing
• Repair and restore damaged concrete surfaces
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
• Knowledge of frame carpentry and trim carpentry techniques
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
• Basic welding skills for minor repairs
• Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes (preferred)
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
