PaveTech Services is a growing Northern California construction company specializing in:

Based on the company's work documents, Pave Tech performs concrete, asphalt, ADA, and site improvement scopes with an emphasis on jobsite cleanliness, public access, and quality construction standards.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform concrete demolition and installation
• Assist with forming, rebar placement, finishing, and cleanup
• Perform asphalt repairs, patching, seal coating, and crack filling
• Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and construction equipment
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Work efficiently with crew members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Travel to various job locations throughout Northern California

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Concrete or asphalt experience is a plus
• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45.0 per week
