Concrete Finisher Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the successful completion of concrete projects by assisting with finishing, forming. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help ensure high-quality results on a variety of construction sites

Duties

• Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and surface smoothing to achieve specified textures and finishes.
• Support the installation of rebar and formwork according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely for cutting, shaping, and placing concrete components.
• Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for site preparation, restoration, or renovation projects.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with concrete forming, finishing, pouring, cutting, and sealing techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
• Knowledge of rebar installation,
• Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels as well as power tools like drills and saws.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
