Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead construction teams on infrastructure and building projects. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate with project managers, and maintain strict adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
• Lead and manage construction teams.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct quality control inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Oversee construction safety management by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular safety meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete construction management with a strong background in infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Extensive construction site experience with a thorough understanding of construction inspection, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Technical project & program management supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to review construction drawings accurately.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
• Construction industry experience with a focus on concrete flat work.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
