Concrete Foreman

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage on-site operations, coordinate skilled teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality concrete structures. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, adhering to project schedules, and delivering exceptional results that meet client specifications. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all concrete activities on construction sites, including pouring, finishing, and curing processes
• Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide team activities and ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols across the site to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress using construction management software
• Supervise subcontractors and labor crews; assign tasks effectively while maintaining quality control standards
• Maintain accurate records related to contracts, project timelines, budgets, and safety documentation

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in concrete projects
• Skilled in blueprint reading
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety management
• Strong management skills with proven supervising experience leading diverse teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
