Concrete Foreman

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects on-site. The Concrete Foreman will coordinate crews, manage schedules, interpret technical drawings, and enforce safety regulations, all while maintaining excellent communication with project managers and clients. Duties

• Lead and supervise concrete crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately
• Coordinate construction schedules with project managers using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
• Manage daily site operations, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and quality control inspections
• Enforce OSHA and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members
• Review construction drawings and schematics to ensure proper execution of concrete placement and finishing techniques
• Oversee subcontractors’ work, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with project scope and budget constraints

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising concrete or heavy civil construction projects with strong crew management skills
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or equivalent tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately
• Familiarity with construction safety management practices including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project coordination, budgeting, and cost estimating
• Experience managing multiple teams on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
• Excellent managerial communication skills for effective supervision and client interaction
• Construction site experience with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
• Knowledge of construction regulations related to pipelines or heavy civil work is a plus
• Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
