Concrete Foreman – Underground Utilities & Site Work

Napa Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crew.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with stormwater structures, sewer manholes, concrete structures, and general site concrete. This position will oversee the concrete portion of our earthwork and underground utility projects and will be responsible for managing the crew, production, quality, and day-to-day concrete operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a concrete crew in the field
• Construct storm boxes, storm structures, and sewer manholes
• Perform concrete work associated with underground utilities
• Form, pour, finish, and strip concrete
• Install reinforcing steel as required
• Read and interpret plans, details, and elevations
• Ensure work is built according to project plans and specifications
• Coordinate with project foremen and superintendents
• Maintain production schedules and meet project deadlines
• Ensure proper quality control and jobsite safety
• Manage concrete materials, tools, and equipment
• Communicate daily progress, issues, and material needs to management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience preferred
• Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
• Experience with storm structures, sewer manholes, drainage structures, and underground utility concrete
• Ability to read construction plans and understand elevations
• Strong knowledge of forming, reinforcing, placing, and finishing concrete
• Ability to lead a crew and keep projects moving efficiently
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable and willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
