Concrete Form Set Carpenter/Finisher

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of concrete forming and pouring tasks
• Structural Concrete experience
• Rebar placing
• Excavating
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine concrete specifications and layout
• Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps, mixers, and power tools
• Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and shaping surfaces
• Apply caulking and sealants to ensure water-tightness
• Install drywall and trim carpentry as needed
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time,
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all time

Requirements:

• 2-3 of proven experience as a Form Set Carpenter/ Finisher
• Proficient in working with various carpentry materials and tools
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience running equipment, a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
• Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
