Concrete Former Carpenter / Framer

We are looking for a skilled, reliable Carpenter / Framer to build concrete forms for:

• Residential driveways
• Garage pads
• Sidewalks
• Steps & risers
• Small flatwork projects

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and setting forms on site
• Reading grade stakes and setting proper elevations
• Raking and grading gravel base
• Packing and prepping base
• Assisting with site prep and layout
• Stripping forms after pours

Requirements:

• Experience forming concrete (driveways & sidewalks preferred)
• Comfortable using levels, lasers, and hand tools
• Physically fit and able to rake/grade gravel
• Reliable transportation
• Shows up on time and works hard

Bonus If You Have:

• Skid steer experience
• Experience with small crew concrete work
• Own basic hand tools
