About the Role: Denek Contracting Inc is seeking a motivated Concrete Foundation and Wall Setting Laborer to join our dynamic team in Pontiac, MI. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the pouring, setting, and finishing of concrete foundations and walls.
• Prepare and clean work sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Follow project plans and specifications to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Foreman promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in concrete work or general labor preferred but will train.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety practices in construction environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
