Concrete Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work and construction, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions while following safety protocols.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of job sites for concrete pouring, including site cleanup and setup.
• Operate concrete pumping equipment and assist with the pouring and finishing of concrete.
• Perform tile laying, frame carpentry, plastering, masonry, and metal stud framing as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
• Renovate existing structures by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with moving materials and equipment on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
• Skills in concrete pumping, tile laying, frame carpentry, plastering, masonry, metal stud framing, and renovation are highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with safety protocols in construction environments.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to completing tasks on time.
