How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist site crews with setting up forms, mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete for residential and commercial jobs.
• Operate and maintain essential concrete tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced site leaders.
• Transport building materials and maintain clean, organized, and safe job site environments.
• Learn proper flatwork and masonry techniques to continuously expand your technical skill set.
• Collaborate with teammates and foremen to ensure daily project tasks are completed efficiently.
• Drive team productivity while developing hands-on trade skills for long-term career growth.
• Represent Lindley Construction's commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, team safety, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong motivation to learn new skills and build a long-term career in concrete construction.
• Solid work ethic, punctuality, and reliability on active job sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to support various project locations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related construction or general labor experience.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power equipment used on concrete and masonry sites.
