Concrete Labourer

Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction company based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia, delivering high-quality projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.

We are currently seeking a Concrete Labourer to join our growing concrete division and contribute to the delivery of multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure projects.

If you have some experience working with concrete and are keen to develop your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Requirements:

• Construction Induction (White) Card (essential)
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport
• Some previous experience working with concrete
• Willingness to learn and assist with a range of concreting tasks
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work well within a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
• Experience in formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement or finishing is an advantage, but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete preparation, placement, levelling and finishing
• Assist with setting up and stripping formwork, steel fixing and preparation works
• Follow site instructions and complete tasks under the guidance of experienced team members
• Work collaboratively with the crew to deliver quality work on time
• Maintain a safe and tidy work area and follow safety, quality and environmental procedures
