Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Machine Operator / Control Room Operator to operate and monitor automated machinery used in the production of interlock concrete blocks and other cement products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated concrete production machinery from the control room.
• Operate SCADA/PLC control panels and computerized systems.
• Monitor the mixing, batching, molding, and production processes.
• Ensure consistent product quality and proper machine settings.
• Monitor production flow and identify operational issues.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and report technical problems.
• Perform basic maintenance and adjustments when required.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and follow company safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating concrete block/interlock block machinery is preferred.
• Experience with automated production systems and control panels.
• Basic knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of concrete mixing, batching, and molding processes.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine faults.
• Basic mechanical/technical knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Automated control room
• Computerized / PLC panel operation
• Production of interlock concrete blocks and cement products
• No continuous manual labor required; the role focuses primarily on machine/control-room operation.
