Concrete Manufacturing Machine Operator

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prefer candidates with at least five years of experience running concrete block machinery.
• Must possess a background in industrial or concrete manufacturing equipment operation.
• Requirement to join the union.
• Preference given to those familiar with Besser V312 block production systems.

Core Duties:

• Collaborate with a four-person team to manage concrete block production equipment, monitor output quality, and resolve operational challenges.
• Perform essential tasks such as adjusting machine settings and mixes, driving forklifts, conducting preventative maintenance, maintaining a clean workspace, documenting production data, and handling materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols during equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
