Concrete Materials Testing Technician

Full-time position available for a concrete materials testing technician. Experience preferred, but willing train if you possess a positive attitude and are able to communicate information effectively, clearly and accurately.

The position responsibilities include:

• Sampling, testing, recording and reporting concrete and concrete material properties
• Communicating results to direct supervisor
• Obtaining required ACI (American Concrete Institute) Field Grade I certification
• Obtaining required ACI Laboratory Aggregate Level I certification

To be considered for the position:

• Must have a positive attitude
• Strong problem solving skills and a good foundation in math
• Flexibility to work different hours. Daily/nightly start times can vary from 12 am to 7 am depending on the demand. The schedule is dependent on the following days orders. The construction industry is very unpredictable- please consider before applying.
• Be able to physically lift 50 lbs.
• If unfamiliar with ACI requirements, research the certification process prior to applying/interviewing for the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
